Part B covers planning, staffing, training, venues, managing contractors and suppliers, maintaining the integrity of the referendum, raising awareness and accredited observers and Electoral Commission representatives.

Part C covers the issues relevant to dealing with campaigners and agents, electoral registers and the polling lists, production of notices, polling cards and ballot papers and voting at polling stations.

Part D of the guidance covers the arrangement for all aspects of voting by post or by proxy.

Part E covers the arrangements for conducting an effective verification and count.

Part F deals with the storage, inspection and disposal of referendum documents, post-referendum activities and the review of referendum procedures.
